On the first day of Water Festival (26 November 2023), at the VIP stand of the riverbank of the Tonle Sap river in front of the Royal Palace, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI of Cambodia presided over the ritual of the pirogue race and the lighting of the Royal Palace illuminated barge.
