On 1 November 2023, at the Throne Hall of the Royal Palace, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI of Cambodia observed the Buddhist ritual “Ang Preah Kathen Tean Preah Reach Trop” for the benefit of the monks at Roveang Chum Pagoda, in Baribaur district, Kampong Chhnang province.
