On 31 December 2023, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI of Cambodia is paying visit to the destitute farmers in Svay Antor district, Prey Veng province and distributed donations to each of 395 heads of household: 50 kg of husked rice, 60 packets of fine rice noodles, 10 cans of sardines, a mosquito net, a blanket, a sarong, a krama, a mat, a pair of sandals, a jacket, a T-shirt and two hundred thousand Riels.
