On 15 December 2023, at the Khemarin Pavilion, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI received the President of the Global Real Estate Association, Oknha Dr Sam Sok Noeun. The delegation, led by Oknha Heng Sea has contributed thirty tons of husked rice towards His Majesty the King’s charitable works.
