On the morning of 16 December 2023, at the Khemarin Pavilion of the Royal Palace, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK received H.E. Mr Son Soubert, His Majesty’s High Privy Councillor and his delegation. The delegation made donations of five tons of husked rice, thirty cartons of dried vermicelli, thirty cartons of sardines, a hundred bags of natural fertilizers, a hundred bags of agricultural lime and ten boxes of liquid fertilizers to His Majesty the King’s and Her Majesty the Queen Mother’s charitable works.
