On 3 November 2023, at Khemarin Pavilion, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK greeted Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia and Lok Chumteav Dr Pich Chanmony as well as H.E. Dr Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia and her Colleague.
