After the opening of a work site at Kompong Tralach of Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni Secondary School, His Majesty the King was presiding over a memorial service in tribute to a former King , His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Ang Duong whose statue is on National 5 in Kompong Luong, district of Ponhea Leu –province of Kandal. 65 monks observing the ritual memorial received from His Majesty the King subventions in material and cash.
