On 31 October 2012 morning, HM the King Norodom Sihamoni and HM the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk preside over the Buddhist ceremony “Roab Batr” in tribute to the Illustrious Memory of His Late Majesty the King-Father on His 90th Birthday. Samdech Heng Samrin, National Assembly President and Samdech Decho Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia are also present at the ceremony.
