On 30 October 2012 evening, the preceding day of the 90th Birthday of His Late Majesty King-Father, HM the King Norodom Sihamoni and HM the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk preside over a Special Buddhist ceremony “Svateay Preah Pareth” officiated by 92 monks in tribute to the Illustrious memory of His Late Majesty King-Father of Cambodia . Samdech Decho Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, also attend the ceremony.
