On 2 March 2011 HM the King welcomed at Serey Monkol Palace, His Holiness Samdech Moha Sanghareach Bour Kry, Supreme patriarch of Thoamayuth Order and Director of the Bouddhist University of Preah Sihamoni Raja, followed by a delegation. The delegation was made of students, monks and of top officials from the Ministry of Cult and Religion. HM the King handed over yearend certificates to students, and monks of the Preah Sihamoni Raja Bouddhist University.
