On March 1st, 2011at Khemarin Palace HM the King granted an audience to the special Envoy of UNESCO , H.E. Mr. Koichiro Matsuura. H.E. Mr. Koichiro Matsuura’s mission to the Kingdom was talks with the Cambodian government leaders especially his particular attention as to send UNESCO experts to visit Preah Vihear Temple and its site, after the armed aggression from Thailand early February 2011.
