On 15 December 2008 at the Khemarin Palace HM the King received in audience a Chinese delegation led by Mrs. Chen Zhi Li deputy chairman of the Chinese Permanent Commission. Also present was Mrs. Chang Chin Feng, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia .
