On November 28, 2008, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience to Mr. Ky Tech, former President of the Cambodian Bar and to Mr. Chiev Sunhak, the newly elected President of the Bar, accompanied by the board members of the newly elected bar.
