Under the high instruction of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, H.E. Samdech Kong Som Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, on the 21 October 2006, has distributed 20 Kg of rice and 20.000 riels to the 735 poor families and eight member of local authorithies of the commune of Prey Ky, District of Phâl Kiri, Kompong Chhnang Province.
