On August 9, 2006, HE Mr. Kuy Sophal, Secretary of State to the Ministry of the Royal Palace, handed over to Professor Sea Huorng and to Pharmacist Yim Yann 2,000 USD as the royal contribution for the organization of the National Day of Medecine and Pharmacology.
