On the Invitation of H.E. Mr. Choummaly SAYASONE, Head of State of the People Democratic Republic Lao, HM the King Norodom Sihamoni departed from Phnom Penh international airport on 21st December 2015 toward the People Democratic Republic Lao, where HM the King will fulfill a three days official visit.
