Mr. Say Chhum Représentatative of Samdech Chea Sim Président of the Senat, Samdech Norodom Sirivudh, High Privy Councilor to HM the King and his spouse, Samdech Sisowath Chivan Monirak, High Privy Councilor to HM the King and his spouse, Chinese Ambassador to the Kingdom, H.E. Ms. BU JIANGUO, Members of the Royal Family and other high-ranking officials.
