At 11:00 pm of 22nd November 2013, in the Throne Hall, HM the King received Credentials from H.E. Mr. Al Sheikh Sultan Bin Saif Bin Hilal Al Mahrooqi, accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sultanate of Oman, to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
