At 5:00 pm of November 9th 2013, His Majesty the King granted an Audience to a “Groupe d’amitié France-Cambodge Delegation-Lacs du Sénat Français”, at Khemarin Palace, H.E. Mr. Serge Mostura, French Ambassador to Cambodia, was accompanying the Delegation.
