On June the 24th 2010 morning, HM the King Norodom Sihamoni, HM King Father and HM Queen Mother granted an audience to a Cambodian delegation led by H.E. Mr. Hul Phany, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the SR of Vietnam, and his spouse.
