On 22 June 2010, HM the King Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, HM King Father and HM Queen Mother arrived at Noi Bai international airport, S.R. of Vietnam. Their Majesties were welcomed by HE M Nguyen Minh Triet, President of the S.R. of Vietnam and his spouse, with other Vietnamese High Ranking officials, as well as H.E. M Hul Phany, Cambodian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the S.R. of Vietnam, his spouse and the Cambodian embassy’s officials.
