On June 22, 2006, former UNTAC General John Sanderson was the guest of a dinner hosted by Their Majesties King Norodom Sihamoni, King-Father Norodom Sihanouk and Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath. In his capacity as Ambassador of the Australian NGO AUSCare, Mr. Sanderson informed Their Majesties about his organization's projects in various fields such as Community Development, Minefields destructions, clean water projects and school developments. In this occasion, Mr. Sanderson was granted the Mohasereivat Madal, one of the highest Cambodian distinctions, by HM King Norodom Sihamoni.
