On Friday May 19, 2006, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni granted an audience at the Khemarin Palace to Mr. François Tan, an old friend of His Majesty who came to present his wishes on the occasion of His 53rd Birthday. His Majesty warmly welcomed Mr. Tan who is a Cambodian living abroad and who used to accompany His Majesty in France during His activities for the Cambodian peple and Nation.
