Under the very high instructions of HM King Norodom Sihamoni, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace Samdech ChauveaVeang Kong Sam Ol, sent the Samdech EuvTeam to help poor villagers in ploughing in Kompong Speu province, Thpong district. As a resul, from June 21 to 5 October 2010 , 111,50 hectares of rice field was ploughed by Samdech Euv Team .
