On February 21, 2007, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni has commanded H.E. Samdech Kong Som Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace to make distribution of His Majesty's humanitarian assistance to every one of the 1.601 heads of poor families, who received 20Kg of rice and 20.000 riels, of Dar commune and Rupear commune, Kampong Leng district, Kampong Chhnang province.
