On 14 February 2022, at the Throne Hall, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI has received the credentials of H.E. Mrs Sibille de Cartier d’Yves, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
