On 27 December 2019, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI of Cambodia is paying visit to the destitute farmers in Srey Santhor district, Kompong Cham province and gives donations in cash and in kind to each of 460 heads of household: 50kg of rice, 30 packets of fine rice noodles, 10 cans of sardines, one mosquito net, one mat, a pair of shoes, one solar power lighting bulb, one blanket, one sarong, one krama, one T-shirt and one hundred thousand Riels.
