On 5 November 2019, at the Throne Hall of the Royal Palace, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK of Cambodia observed the Buddhist ritual “Ang Preah Kathen Tean Preah Reach Trop” for the benefit of the monks at Preah Puth Mean Serei pagoda in Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province.
