On 11 July 2019, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK presided over the ritual of “Vossa” Candle Moulding, at the Throne Hall. The “Vossa” is the annual three months Buddhist retreat which takes place at the rainy season. During this period, the monks confine themselves to pagodas, and the practising Buddhists conveyed offerings to pagodas.
