On the afternoon of 15 April 2019, second day of the Khmer New Year Celebration, His Majesty the King presided over the rituals of sprinkling holy water of Buddha Statuettes and Buddhist Monks in front of the Throne Hall, and “Baing Skol” in the Throne Hall.
