On 30 August 2018, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI of Cambodia and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK granted an audience to Lok Oknha Khaou Chuly and some members of his family, at the Khemarin Pavilion. Lok Oknha Khaou Chuly and members of his family have contributed twenty thousand (20 000) USD, twenty tons of rice and two hundred cartons of dried vermicelli towards His Majesty the King’s and Her Majesty Queen Mother’s charitable works.
