On 17 July 2018, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI has received the Credentials of H.E. Dr Elia George Kaiyamo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Namibia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Throne Hall.
