On the morning of 3 January 2017, His Majesty King NORODOM SIHAMONI and Her Majesty Queen Mother NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK went to Botum Vaddey pagoda, to pay final respect to the memory of the late H.R.H. Samdech Sisowath Chivan Monirak, High Privy Councillor of His Majesty the King.
