At 11:00am of 23rd September 2016 at the Throne Hall, His Majesty the King received credentials from H. E. Dr. Ingo Heinz Karsten, accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
