On 28th May 2014 morning, in the Moha Monti Hall, situated behind the Throne Hall, HM the King Norodom Sihamoni and HM the Queen Mother Norodom Monineat Sihanouk, presided over a Buddhist Memorial Service « Sanga Tean-Veraphoatt », in tribute to His Late Majesty the King-Father Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia.
