On 3 September 2011, HM the King greeted at Khemarin Palace Prince Sisowath Tesso and his delegation, members of Khmer Buddhist and Cultural Association in France. Mr. Ing Buntheng, Delegated Presiden of the Association informed HM of the acquisition of a 6,524 M2 land at Coully-Pont-Aux-Dames in Seine et Marne near Disneyland Paris. The new religious and cultural Centre will serve in a larger space, as a place of cultural and religious festivities for khmer communities from France and Europe. The Centre will also be a Research Centre for people who wish and need to further develop their knowledge on Khmer civilization and culture.
