On 23 December 2011 in Khemarin Palace, HM the King greeted a SCA delegation « Société Concessionnaire des Aéroports » led by its technical Chaiman Georges Ramorasata, its members, the Director general of Siem Reap airport Mr. Etienne Lafort and Mr. Norrinda Khek, in charge of the communication. SCA delegation offered15 tons of rice in contribution to HM the King’s Humanitarian action.
