Inauguration of two Office Buildings of the Council of Ministers

On the morning of 19 October 2010 HM the King presided over the inauguration of two important office buildings, the adjacent Council of Ministers building in Phnom Penh, the “Friendship Building” donated by the People’s Republic of China, and the “Peace Building” of the Council of Ministers and the Centre for International Conference. In attendance at the inaugural ceremony, National Assembly President Samdech Heng Samrin, Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen and his spouse, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace Samdech Kong Sam Ol, 1st Deputy President of National Assembly HE Mr. Nguon Nhel, 2nd Deputy President of National Assembly HE Mr. Say Chhum, Deputy Prime minister and Minister of Interior HE Mr. Sar Kheng and his spouse, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Council of Ministers H.E. Mr. Sok An and his spouse,Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister HE Mr.Tea Banh and his spouse, Deputy Prime Minister HE Mrs. Men Sam An, Deputy Prime Minister HE Mr. Nhek Bun Chhay, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Authorities for the Resolution of Land Conflict HE Mr. Bin Chhin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finances H. Mr. Keat Chhun, Deputy Prime minister and Chairman of the Council of Development in Agriculture and Environment HE Mr. Yim Chhay Ly, Deputy Mrime Minister and Chairman of The National Authorities combating Drug HE Mr. Ke Kim Yan and his spouse, Chairman of the Constitutional Council HE Mr. Ek Sam Ol, together with Parliamentarians, top Government officials and diplomats in mission to the Kingdom. HM the King followed by Prime Minister Hun Sen and the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China HE Mr. Pan Guang Xue, cut the inaugural ribbon.
