On 14 Janauary 2010 HM the King went to Preah Norodom Sihamoni community in Kmounh district, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, for the houses inauguration . HM the King was accompanied by Samdech Chauvea Veang Kong Sam Ol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace, HE M. Im Chhun Lim, Senior Minister and Minister of Land management, urbanism and construction, HE Mr Teng Savong, Secretairy of State, representing HE Mr Sar Kheng, Deputy prime minister and Interior minister. Also attending the inauguration, M. Man Chhoeun, Phnom Penh Vice governor, other members of the town Council, local authorities, teachers and students and the 80 new owners, beneficiaries of the royal donations.
