On 26 October 2006 at 10:30, His Majesty The King NORODOM SIHAMONI granted a royal audience to Mr. San Chey, Executive director of the Khmer Institute for Development, accompanied by his active members. His Majesty the King of Cambodia granted an amount of $ 1.000 to Mr. San Chey as a royal contribution to support the development programme of the Institute.
