On 18 September 2006, Samdech Preah Ream Norodom Bopha Devi, High Representative of His Majesty The King, has presided over the ceremony of Sangktean, in memory of Samdech Norodom Narindrapong, in front of his Stupa, next to the Silver Pagoda.
